Customizing Checkboxes and Remember Me
Checkbox Fields
The Checkbox Fields panel controls the visual appearance of all checkboxes on the login form, including the “Remember Me” checkbox.
Accessing Checkbox Settings
- Navigate to Settings → Custom Login.
- Open the Login form checkbox field(s) panel in the Design tab.
Colors and Borders
Checkboxes support multiple states with independent styling:
- Normal — The default unchecked state.
- Checked — When the checkbox is selected.
- Hover — When the user hovers over the checkbox (both checked and unchecked).
- Focus — When the checkbox has keyboard focus (both checked and unchecked).
Checkmark Icon
Choose the icon displayed inside a checked checkbox:
- Default — The standard browser checkbox appearance.
- FontAwesome Check — A FontAwesome check icon.
- Heroicons Check — A Heroicons check icon.
Field Size and Spacing
- Field size — Set the width and height of the checkbox in pixels (default: 16).
- Field margin — Adjust spacing around the checkbox element.
Box Shadow
Set a box shadow for the normal, hover, and focus states.
Remember Me
The Remember Me panel controls the “Remember Me” checkbox that appears on the login form.
Accessing Remember Me Settings
Open the Login form’s “Remember Me” checkbox panel in the Design tab.
Visibility
The Visibility setting offers three options:
- Visible — The checkbox is shown in its current state.
- Hidden (checked) — The checkbox is hidden but remains checked, so users are always remembered.
- Hidden (unchecked) — The checkbox is hidden and unchecked, so users are never remembered.
Label Text
Customize the “Remember Me” label text. This field supports per-language customization if your site has multiple languages installed.
Spacing
Adjust the margin around the Remember Me checkbox area using the top, right, bottom, and left fields.
